Wen Xuejin

Wen Xuejin joined Global Horizon Ventures Limited as Deputy General Manager in 2025.
He is a highly experienced tobacco industry professional with over 30 years in the sector, primarily with Hongta Group and Yunnan Tobacco International Co., Ltd.

Before his current role, he held various operational, safety, logistics, and management positions at Hongta Group entities, starting as an employee at Yuxi Cigarette Factory and Yuxi Redrying General Factory, and advancing to roles such as Deputy Director of Yuxi Redrying General Factory, Manager of Safety & Technical Equipment at the Tobacco Leaf Company, and Manager of Safety Management at the Logistics Center.

He later served at Yunnan Tobacco International Co., Ltd. as Director of Enterprise Management, Business Development, and Brand Management Departments.

Since late 2019, he has been Deputy General Manager and Board Secretary of Shenzhen Huayu Technology Development Co., Ltd., seconded from Yunnan Tobacco International.
Wen Xuejin graduated from the Department of Physics at Yunnan Normal University with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
