MANAGEMENT
INTERNATIONAL SALES AND MARKETING OPERATIONS (SMO)
The International SMO department is responsible for developing the full brand mix of Jadé and Horizon brands which we have successfully launched in more than 15 markets.
The International SMO team collaborates closely with the local markets to analyse brand performance, monitor market trends, develop brand communication and explore new opportunities.
We co-operate with Imperial Brands and global agencies to create new offers and communication campaigns. We operate in a small team that is highly efficient, agile and creative.

CHINA SALES AND MARKETING OPERATIONS (SMO)
The main functions of China Sales and Marketing Operations Department are as follows:
- Organize and implement the China market development plan for GHVL.
- Organize and implement the market expansion and sales of West (Lesser Panda) in China market.
- Organize and implement the product development, production, channel management, brand cultivation and other related work of West (Lesser Panda) in China market.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
We are responsible for business development for the Joint Venture, to develop a third growth engine for the Joint Venture with a focus on NGP opportunities to support the delivery of our business objectives. We explore potential collaborations in various areas by supporting our parent companies’ strategy. We:
- Explore NGP opportunities by developing our network, including building NGP Insights & Intelligence and operational capabilities for the Joint Venture
- Engage with external and internal stakeholders to seek opportunities for co-operation in combustible, NGP and other adjacent categories.

FINANCE DEPARTMENT
The main duties of GHVL’s Finance Department consists of five modules: budget management, financial accounting, capital management, cost and expense control, as well as internal control. Finance team is also managing the company’s IT and legal affairs.
The team is committed to performing as the company’s core department and playing its core functions, in charge of formulating and improving the company’s accounting, financial management, capital management, budget management, risk Management, internal control, and related systems.

HUMAN RESOURCES
The HR Department is a critical component in the formation and sustainability for GHVL business. Broadly presented, our responsibilities primarily include:
- Drive and establish organisational structure, design, policies and practices. Formulate compensation & incentive strategy and performance management that underpin the success of our business.
- Recruit, retain and motivate local talents and develop the employees through learning & development program. Ensure a collaborative and engaged environment through promoting communication, diversity, equity and inclusion in the company.
